2. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • The final price may vary if the actual condition or size of the area differs significantly from what was described during the quote.
  • We provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Booking and Scheduling

  • We offer same-day or next-day service whenever possible.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Service Expectations

  • We make every effort to deliver high-quality results.
  • Some stains (especially old pet urine, ink, or dye-based stains) may not be completely removable.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, frayed fringes, or weak fibers in rugs and carpets.
  • For hardwood floors, we do not perform sanding or full refinishing unless specifically agreed upon.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide clear access to the areas to be cleaned.
  • Remove fragile or valuable items from the cleaning area.
  • Inform us in advance of any known stains, damages, or special requirements.
  • Secure all pets during the cleaning process.

6. Liability and Limitations

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions (loose carpet seams, old glue, worn fibers, etc.).
  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
  • We carry general liability insurance for our operations.

7. Payment

  • We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and checks.
  • Full payment is expected at the time of service completion.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

8. Photos and Marketing

By allowing us to perform cleaning services at your property, you permit us to take before-and-after photos and videos for marketing purposes (website, social media, Google reviews, etc.) unless you specifically request otherwise.

We will never show your address or any identifying personal information in photos.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If you continue to use our services after we post changes, you accept the new terms.
